Great lake view, good for exercise, clean and spacious room, friendly and attentive staff, convenient location near mall.

All was good.

the hotel has a beautiful surrounding with a garden, lake, and plants. We stayed in a spacious and clean room with a good shower and view of the lake. the staff was friendly, approachable and helpful. There are many activities to do, such as fish feeding, jogging around the lake, and swimming in the saltwater pool. the food at the restaurant was delicious.

The outdoor gym and breakfast could have better options.

The surroundings were peaceful and quiet, located outside the bustling city. the gardens and the lake were beautiful. the breakfast offered had both western and Thai options. the staff was helpful and accommodating with the shuttle service to the local area.

The rooms weren't soundproof, which made it easy to hear other guests. the a/c unit was very loud, and there was only one speed: too strong/cold or too hot without it.

I loved the view from my room, overlooking the tranquil lake. This hotel has great facilities, perfect for family fitness activities like jogging, brisk walking, and cycling. The cleanliness of my immaculately clean and spacious room was top-notch. I was also impressed by the friendly and approachable check-in staff.

Spent Christmas here. The gardens were stunning, and there were plenty of activities to keep us busy. Breakfast was good, starting the day with two exceptional options was a plus. The service we received from the staff was friendly, with an owner who has lived in the US. The surroundings were peaceful, and we enjoyed wandering around the lake.

The location of the hotel was somewhat remote, and while the fresh air was appreciated, having no means of transportation made it difficult to get to the nearest main road. Despite this, the accommodation was comfortable, and it was a good place for a relaxing break.
